Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gooi111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the gooi111 website located at https://gooi111.app and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and account management functions.

Not a Problem Gambler Under Exclusion

If you have self-excluded from the platform and attempt to re-register, gooi111 reserves the right to close the new account and return any deposited funds, minus any winnings generated during the excluded period.

Account Registration & Verification

Registration Requirements

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one gooi111 account. Account Security

Dormant Account Policy

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting patterns (such as placing offsetting bets on all outcomes) to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures; and using software or automation tools to place bonus-funded bets. Where bonus abuse is detected, gooi111 will void the relevant bonus, remove any winnings generated from it, and may close the associated account permanently.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and free bets that have not been used, and wagering requirements that have not been completed, by the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Betting & Gaming Rules

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules will take precedence for that game or market only.

These limits are displayed within each game or betting market prior to wagering. gooi111 reserves the right to apply individual player limits where betting patterns indicate risk to market integrity or where responsible gaming concerns are identified.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the gooi111 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Prohibited Activities

• Registering an account while under the age of 18 or on behalf of a person under 18;
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account;
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, bot, script, automated tool, or third-party software to interact with the gooi111 platform;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical glitches in games or systems — any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to conceal the illicit origin of funds;

Account Closure by gooi111

gooi111 reserves the right to close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, at any time. In the event of account closure by gooi111 without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings generated through bonus play that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, gooi111 is entitled to retain funds as permitted under applicable anti-fraud and AML policies.

Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your gooi111 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@gooi111.app. Before account closure is finalised, any outstanding verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons will be treated with the highest priority and processed within 24 hours.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and gooi111, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the gooi111 support team. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the matter may be escalated through formal dispute channels. gooi111 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to reach a final determination within 30 business days of acknowledgement.
